Company representatives appear in the discussion with customers and stone walls, and some even boast to their blogs, in the early morning and late delight in the night only the call found the effort to create in his time.

What kind of guy kicks from this kind of behavior? Do they think twice before the reaction of customers and call them to come in contact with the call that day? If this kind of action that may progress even more legal responsibility?

Road Rage is now so common in our society … what’s next-phone rage? If this is a psychiatric diagnosis and a crime to be legally acceptable?

Credit card companies are amongst some of the worst offenders, and now, if you are a good salary, full-time accounts and customers and you do not think, in fact, discriminated against the customer “to use good” to charge an annual fee to your card to. Really?

It really surprised and amazed me, such as customer service has to complain. It’s like an oxymoron … Client and the service does not go hand in hand and not a service for the customer that this is how the business of making money, the greatest benefit. Companies have no idea how they are perceived worries? I’ve always been a positive person and try to look on both sides of each situation. Do I offer suggestions and solutions. Of course! When I had a great experience with customer service and tell them and thank them and everyone says I am in contact with what have a great company, product or service. Lately I’ve been silent … Why?
