This means they become very good at doing the same tasks over and over. Tight processes are the watchword when you look at an operationally excellent company’s structure. There is no fat.

Operationally excellent companies focus on how they do business and reward efficient and effective behaviors in employees. Their people are taught not to waste any resources in getting the job done. To achieve operational excellence, a company must advocate and practice teamwork as a principle of its culture. In today’s business environment there is no place for the lone player. The processes required to stay ahead of production schedules, customer demands, and short cycle times are too complex to be mastered by one person or a handful of selected employees. An operationally excellent company is the right testing ground for using teamwork as a tool to promote the culture.

Any company attempting to achieve the awards for excellence will have to examine the way it does business with the same intensity as Wal-Mart or FedEx. There is a move in management circles to clean up operating systems. Reengineering, Business Process Mapping, and six-sigma are techniques currently in vogue. Each technology has its various consultants, disciples, and true believers. All work well to some degree when properly applied.

In organization, partnership is the main idea which has to be done. It is because an organization will never be able to stand alone. It will need some helps to other organizations. This will directly show that we can’t make an organization which is about many things too. We just can make an organization which focuses to a goal and a purpose. Because of that, partnership is born. If we are the people who build that organization or maybe we are the leader, we have to know how to make a good partnership with other organization. A good partnership here means that we, as the owner of an organization, can get benefit from that partnership. On the other hand, the people who are the leaders in our partnership organization have to get the same like what we get. That is the main idea of partnership. Besides that, before we do a partnership with other

people in other organizations, we have to consider some things. The first is the credibility of the organization we invite to do partnership. We surely don’t want to do partnership with the criminal organization. The second, we have to check our needs. Why? We surely don’t want to make a partnership with wrong organization. It won’t be connected. The last, we have to consider also about the agreement with that other organizations. If we don’t agree with the agreement, don’t make a partnership. It can be bad for the future. Those are some tips which can be used in an organization especially when we want to make a partnership with another organization.
